Looking for a French touch, it was 10 years ago that we met at the corner of Midtown French Restaurant.

Thus the Parigot project took shape, the idea being to recreate a small French Quarter cafe that was missing in the Big Apple.

What is the spirit, the nature of your business? What categorizes it?

We at the Parigot, offer classics of French cuisine, the coq au vin, cassoulet, steak tartare, or salmon ratatouille, you will find all the great flavors of the hexagonal cuisine.

Do not be lazy and learn about the American culture.
