I have been in New York for 30 years and have not lived elsewhere in the United States but I like discovering this country and I really appreciate national parks and landscapes.

For the first two years, I found adapting to this contry rather difficult, but over the years I have developed a real appreciation for my life in New York. From a professional point of view, the possibilities of a stimulating and intellectual exchange are countless.

You and your company…

What do you have to offer – services, products, activity?

I am a psychologist/psychotherapist/psychoanalyst, and I work with children, adolescents and adults. I practice individual psychotherapy, couples therapy and family therapy in my office located on “Upper Westside“.

[article_sponsor sponsor_id=5500]What is the spirit, the nature of your business? What categorizes it?

I offer an attentive ear. My approach is not only empathetic and supportive, but also exploratory.

Having had many years of experience in my field help me appreciate the benefits of focusing on feelings in the context of the therapeutic relationship.

Why did you decide to settle in New York?

I came to settle in New York for personal reasons.

What advice would you give to those who want to move to New York?

To be open to a different environment – in the broadest sense of the term – and to give time to the inevitable initial difficulties of  the transition to fade.

New York and you…

What do you like in New York?

The dynamism of the city and the lack of uniformity due to the mixture of cultures and diversity of neighborhoods.

 The United States and you…

What do you like in the United States?

I appreciate the positive spirit and a certain ‘lightness’ of culture and American society in general.
