French family of 2 adults and 3 children visiting NYC from 11 to 19th of April, looking for a home exchange. We live in Paris, in a spacious flat next to la Bastille, in a lovely area with lots of restaurants, bars and a typical daily market, and we are used to rent our flat in airbnb, but we thought we could also try exchanging our 110 sq meter flat. Our visitors always loved it : 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with ensuite bathroom, an open living room with kitchen – island style. Our building has an elevator. Multiple transports are closeby to reach Centre Pompidou in 15 min, Le Louvre in less than 20min, Saint Germain des Prés, Tuileries and Champs-Elysées in barely 30min. We can accommodate 5 to 7 people very confortably : 1 couple and 5 single, or 2 couples and 3 single. What we are looking for in exchange : a 2 double bedroom apartment with an additional mattress could be fine! We are very conscious of the small spaces NYC often proposes. We are very respectful people, non smokers. Ideally your place is in Manhattan or Brooklyn close to a metro station, or in Jersey city.
