Il y a install\u00e9 une entreprise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans la t\u00f4le, tout en prenant grand soin des jardins attach\u00e9s au b\u00e2timent, achetant 2-3 ch\u00e8vres pour grignoter le kudzu envahissant.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Haywood a ensuite commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 louer de petits espaces de sa propri\u00e9t\u00e9 aux <strong>artistes<\/strong> et <strong>artisans<\/strong> du coin dans les ann\u00e9es 80, et l\u2019endroit est rapidement devenu un rep\u00e8re pour tout une <strong>communaut\u00e9<\/strong>.
