Acheter une maison \u00e0 500 000 $ en 2025 co\u00fbte en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 moins cher qu\u2019il y a deux ans pour un investisseur fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n<h3>Des achats au comptant<\/h3>\n<p>Contrairement aux Am\u00e9ricains d\u00e9pendants du cr\u00e9dit, les \u00e9trangers \u2014 et notamment certains Fran\u00e7ais install\u00e9s ou investisseurs \u2014 privil\u00e9gient le cash. Cela leur permet de contourner la question des taux d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat et de se positionner rapidement.<\/p>\n<h3>Une valeur refuge<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019immobilier am\u00e9ricain reste consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un actif solide, \u00e0 la fois pour se prot\u00e9ger contre l\u2019inflation et pour diversifier son patrimoine hors d\u2019Europe.<\/p>\n<h2>Et pour les Am\u00e9ricains ?<\/h2>\n<p>Ce retour en force des acheteurs \u00e9trangers accentue cependant la crise du logement c\u00f4t\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain. Le prix m\u00e9dian des biens achet\u00e9s par des \u00e9trangers atteint 490 000 $, contre 410 000 $ pour l\u2019ensemble du march\u00e9.
