En cas d\u2019emprunt les frais sont plus cons\u00e9quents.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a 3 types de polices d\u2019assurances en Floride : la police classique vol et incendie, les inondations et les ouragans. Le co\u00fbt est influenc\u00e9 par la qualit\u00e9 de la construction du bien et la localisation.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00ab HOA fees \u00bb (frais de copropri\u00e9t\u00e9) couvrent normalement l\u2019assurance du b\u00e2timent et des communs (pas le contenu), l\u2019eau, entretien des parties communes, souvent le c\u00e2ble TV, parfois l\u2019internet, jamais les taxes fonci\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Contactez-moi pour en savoir plus.
