Le processus d\u2019acquisition d\u2019un <strong>appartement neuf<\/strong> est diff\u00e9rent d\u2019une vente classique. Votre acquisition est alors d\u00e9finitive et vous ne pouvez plus vous r\u00e9tracter. Si vous d\u00e9cidiez de vous retirer du processus, vous perdrez alors votre premier \u00ab <em>deposit<\/em> \u00bb. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, un deuxi\u00e8me acompte est demand\u00e9 \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape (10 %).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Construction<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les choses s\u00e9rieuses peuvent commencer ; la premi\u00e8re pierre est pos\u00e9e et il est temps de r\u00e9gler un troisi\u00e8me d\u00e9p\u00f4t de 10 \u00e0 20 %.
