Le centre ENIC ARIC est l\u2019organisme de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence qui g\u00e8re, en France, toutes les questions relatives \u00e0 ces <strong>\u00e9quivalences de titres et de dipl\u00f4mes<\/strong>. Il a des succursales dans le monde entier (cf. infos pratiques).<\/p>\n<h2>1 &#8211; Premier cas de figure<\/h2>\n<p>Vous avez obtenu un dipl\u00f4me aux \u00c9tats-Unis, et vous d\u00e9sirez rentrer au pays (France), dans ce cas : Vous devez contacter le Centre ENIC NARIC de Paris, en leur demandant une Attestation de Comparabilit\u00e9 du dipl\u00f4me \u00e9tranger avec un \u00ab \u00e9quivalent \u00bb Fran\u00e7ais. Cette Attestation est d\u00e9livr\u00e9e au cas par cas, apr\u00e8s \u00e9tude suivant une grille d\u2019analyse tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cise \u00e9tablie par le Centre.<\/p>\n<h3>Toutes les infos n\u00e9cessaires sur ce site :\u00a0<i class=\"fa fa-link\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ciep.fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\">CIEP.fr<\/a><\/h3>\n<h2>2 &#8211; Deuxi\u00e8me cas<\/h2>\n<p>Vous \u00eates titulaire d\u2019un <strong>dipl\u00f4me fran\u00e7ais<\/strong> et vous souhaiter le faire reconnaitre aux \u00c9tats-Unis : La r\u00e9glementation am\u00e9ricaine ne reconnait pas d\u2019organisme national qui <strong>homologue les dipl\u00f4mes \u00e9trangers<\/strong>, mais elle donne pouvoir \u00e0 trois autorit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9valuer cette comp\u00e9tence, selon le cas :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L\u2019employeur ;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9cole ou l\u2019organisme de formation aux <strong>\u00c9tats Unis<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n<li>Les Barreaux ou Ordres des professions r\u00e9glement\u00e9es (M\u00e9decins, Dentistes, Avocats).
