Les b\u00e2tons de chocolat sont dispos\u00e9s sur chaque bande de p\u00e2te avant d&#8217;\u00eatre roul\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les pains au chocolat sont ensuite laiss\u00e9s \u00e0 lever pendant environ une heure dans une chambre humide avant d&#8217;\u00eatre badigeonn\u00e9s d&#8217;\u0153uf et cuits au four. Les pains au chocolat frais sortis du four sont croustillants \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur et fondants \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>La recette compl\u00e8te du pain au chocolat qualite\u0301 des ingre\u0301dients ame\u0301ricains pour fabriquer du pain 100\u2009% franc\u0327ais. De\u0300s le de\u0301but, nous e\u0301tions convaincus qu\u2019avec d\u2019excellents produits locaux, nous re\u0301ussirions a\u0300 recre\u0301er du pain et des ga\u0302teaux authentiques, Le beurre, primordial pour la pa\u0302te feuillet\u00e9e, vient du Vermont, la farine aussi.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><b>Instructions :<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un bol, d\u00e9layez la levure fra\u00eeche de boulanger avec un peu de lait ti\u00e8de.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans un saladier, m\u00e9langez la farine, le sel et le sucre.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajoutez les \u0153ufs et le lait, et m\u00e9langez bien.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ajoutez ensuite la levure d\u00e9lay\u00e9e, et p\u00e9trissez la p\u00e2te pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elle soit lisse et homog\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Formez une boule avec la p\u00e2te, et laissez-la reposer toute une nuit dans un endroit ti\u00e8de, \u00e0 l&#8217;abri des courants d&#8217;air.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tourer la p\u00e2te : le tourage est une technique qui consiste \u00e0 \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te et \u00e0 y ajouter du beurre en feuille pour cr\u00e9er des couches. Cela leur donne leur texture feuillet\u00e9e caract\u00e9ristique. A chaque \u00e9tape, il faut laisser reposer le p\u00e2ton au frais 30 minutes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il faut ensuite \u201c\u00e9barber\u201d la p\u00e2te \u00e9tal\u00e9e : ce principe consiste \u00e0 couper les bords de la p\u00e2te (\u00e0 l&#8217;aide d\u2019une r\u00e8gle et d\u2019un cutter par exemple) afin d\u2019avoir les ext\u00e9rieurs ouverts pour la bonne coupe des futurs pains au chocolat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9talez la p\u00e2te en un rectangle d&#8217;environ 3 mm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur, et d\u00e9coupez-la en bandes de 20 cm de longueur, environ 5-6 cm de largeur (largeur d\u2019une barre de chocolat).
