La preuve avec ce ravissant cottage avec jardin, parfaitement entretenu et habit\u00e9, nich\u00e9 sur le toit d\u2019un building de <strong>Greenwich Villag<\/strong>e. Ces propri\u00e9taires poss\u00e8dent aussi l\u2019appartement du dessous, ce qui a facilement permis de cr\u00e9er un escalier communiquant avec le toit.<\/p>\n<h3>Pour la petite histoire<\/h3>\n<p>La construction de cette maison sur un toit a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un bon nombre de pr\u00e9cautions, des calculs savants d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs et l\u2019installation d\u2019un bon syst\u00e8me d\u2019irrigation et d\u2019isolation.
