I was born in Roanne in Loire, in 1968. After studying for 4 years at the St Chamond Hotel School, I worked in the kitchens of Troisgros, Paul Bocuse and the Roches. And now… Miami!

Miami had better opportunities to offer as compared to France. And the weather!
