The longest day of the year is celebrated with music in Coconut Grove in Miami – June 21st, 2013.
Born from a French tradition – inevitably – the Fête de la Musique also known as the World Music Day, is a music festival celebrated every year in rhythm to the day of summer solstice in the northern hemisphere.
On this occasion in the Grove, the live bands and musicians perform for free and the concerts are free for the public, restaurants are packed, and onlookers stroll the warm streets of the surrounding.
