Ricard, a French company known for its liqueurs is partnering with French District to organize a Petanque tournament. This event will be held at the Biltmore on every Thursday of the week from 6:00 PM.
What is Pétanque?
Pétanque (pronounced as [petɑ̃k] in French) is a game in which the goal is to throw or toss hollow metal balls as close as possible to a small wooden ball called a cochonnet or jack. This needs to be accomplished while standing within a circle with both feet on the ground.
