I had a spare hour before my flight and sat in a secluded seating area that had charging outlets and complimentary Wi-Fi that surprisingly worked quite well! The airport terminal was up-to-date and had a pretty relaxed atmosphere—neither crowded nor too boisterous. Gate agents were cheerful and courteous, and boarding went precisely on schedule. It may be easy to say, but that level of reliability is worth something. Flying United is a good, hassle-free experience.
