Vincent Tournayre is a young French Chef from Lyon, with obvious talent and unwavering motivation. After spending 10 years in the renowned kitchens of Chef Michel Roux and Daniel Boulud, Vincent has now opened his catering company and is the Chef at “Carte Blanche” in New York.
On this occasion, he has organized a 4 course dinner, sponsored by Danish.
